Counselling

With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and registered as a Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), I have extensive training in anti-racism, anti-oppression approaches and issues. I provide a trauma-informed, supportive space where you can explore your emotions and experiences in the context of the systems of oppression that impact your life. Together, we’ll examine how intersecting forms of marginalization shape your mental health, relationships, and sense of self.

In our work, we’ll seek to understand the patterns formed by these systems, uncover pathways to healing, and focus on building your strengths and resilience. My aim is to help you gain deeper insight into your experiences, fostering self-compassion and empowering you to live a more authentic, balanced life.

I am deeply committed to being an ally to all marginalized groups, including people of all races, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, body sizes, and backgrounds. My approach is rooted in cultural humility and intersectionality, ensuring that your lived experience is honored with respect and sensitivity. You will find a safe space here, where your identity is acknowledged and celebrated.
